Yes! Concrete5 is easy to use, and you can setup a website very quickly. It separates a page into blocks that you can easily select and add text or images to among many other things.

Using the built in What you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) editor, you can edit text with an interface similar to MS Word, which most people are familiar with.

There is also a Marketplace that you can access from within Concrete5, where options for free or for sale let you add functionality, or change the look and style of your website.

Anyone can build a website using Concrete5, since it has blocks that let you easily add information to different locations on a page. The built in editor is familiar to most users, allowing you to quickly learn the program. The Marketplace provides a single location for Add-Ons and Themes that allow you to modify your website.
