All steps below require that you first log into Squirrel Mail and click "Options" in the top menu.

How do I change my Profile Name?

When you send email, others will see your email as coming from your email address. If you would like others to instead see your name, such as "John Smith" instead of " This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ", follow these steps to update your profile name:

  1. Click Personal Information
  2. Enter your name in the "Full Name" field and click Submit.

How do I add a signature?

If you type the same thing at the end of each email, such as your name and phone number, you may want to use a signature instead. Using a signature will put your closing remarks at the end of each email automatically for you, thus saving you time.

  1. Click Personal Information
  2. Enter your signature in the "Signature" field and click Submit.

How do I change my Time zone?

Configuring the correct time zone will help Squirrel Mail display the correct time in several places, including your inbox when it shows the time a message was received.

  1. Click Personal Information
  2. Choose your preferred time zone under the "Timezone Options" and then click "Submit".
