Finding the Configuration Information

  1. Login to the Prestashop Administrator Panel as an Administrator user.
  2. Hover over the menu bar where it says Advanced Parameters, and then click in the drop-down menu where it says Configuration Information
  3. The information you see will look like this:

This important screen contains the current information used with your PrestaShop 1.5 store.  The configuration information provide includes:
  • Server
  • Database
  • Store
  • Mail

It also shows how you are viewing the page (listing your browser type), and also includes status of your required and optional parameters and the list of recently changed files.   This information is invaluable to the technician who requires it for troubleshooting a possible issue on your installation.

Hello Ralph,

You may want to enable error reporting to see what kind of error you are getting. This may help identify the issue with the page.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
