With your hosting at Web Hosting Hub you also have access to make DNS changes to your account. Some changes, such as MX record changes, can be made in your cPanel while for other changes you will need to email support with the request as it requires full access to the server to complete.
MX records (short for Mail Exchanger Record) are the DNS settings that determine which server handles your email. Adding MX records is a DNS change that you have access to in your cPanel. This can be done if your email is hosted at a different host then Web Hosting Hub (for example you're using Google Apps for email). For more information see our article on adding an MX Record.
You can also add SPF and DomainKeys to your account, which are tools used by many mail servers to fight spam. For more information see our article on adding SPF and DomainKeys.
