The first Premium Web Builder license is included on all hosting accounts at no charge. You can install the Premium Web Builder onto your domain in your Account Management Panel (or AMP). You can also add additional builder licenses through AMP as well for $12 per year, per domain. For help logging into AMP, please read our article on accessing your Account Management Panel.
Once you have installed the Premium Web Builder, you will see the builder confirmation. From this page you can click on the Builder Login link to log into the Premium Website builder and begin creating your new website.
To access the Premium Website Builder in the future, you have two options. You can either log into the builder through AMP or log into the builder directly through the builder URL.

Hello matts,
I'm sorry you didn't receive your login information for the Premium Website Builder. You can still log into the builder either through AMP or the builder URL. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Regards, Christi N. |

Hello iYdeal,
If you have gone through the process above and are getting an error logging in, it is possible the account did not link correctly to your hosting. Our support team can have that done for you. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com (available 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. Best Regards, Scott M |

It seems this is a general problem. I cannot access my Builder Account. It looks like I need three sets of usernames and passwords. One for AMP, another set for cPanel and yet another set for Builder Login. Is this so? The guide says that Builder Login should open automatically after logging in at AMP login but ths does not happen and I still cannot do any testing or building of my website using the Builder tool. There is no clear explanation of how to overcome this problem, but in fact, why is it happening at all after having just purchased the service. I spent a lot of time thinking and testing if I did something wrong but I see from the thread above that other people have had the same problem. Please can somebody there help get this problem resolved and thereafter provide an amendment to the guide to help new users make sure this does happen.

The builder is indeed quite dated. I highly recommend using an up to date CMS, such as WordPress, to build your website.
