Configuring Help in Preferences for Prestashop 1.5 Admin Panel
The HELP section of the preferences actually gives you the option to remove the tip boxes and optimization suggestions that appear in the Backoffice page. The following tutorial walks you through simply enabling or disabling the yellow boxes with tips, and also remove the optimization suggestions that appear on the Home page.
How to disable the Back Office Help Boxes and Hide the Optimization Tips
- Login to the Administration Panel as an Administrator
- Hover over the menu bar where it says ADMINISTRATION, then click on PREFERENCES. Scroll down the list until you find HELP as per below:
- Select the option or options to change
- Select the the green SAVE button to complete your changes.
Back Office Help Boxes - opt out of this option by selecting NO or YES
Hide Optimization Tips- opt out of the optimization tims by selecting YES or NO &
