You can use Softaculous to manage programs that were installed by Softaculous. The Applications Installations option was created for this purpose. This tutorial shows how to access Softaculous installation summary page and explains the functionality available for administration.

To visit your installed applications overview page in Softaculous:

  1. Log into your cPanel
  2. Click the Softaculous icon softaculous icon in the Software/Services section
  3. In the top menu, click the Applications Installs link to get to the that page.
  4. You will see a listing of the applications that you've installed with Softaculous. Each program listed on the Application Installs page will have the following options:

    icon_backupBackup
    Allows you to make a backup of your program's database and files

    icon_uninstallRemove
    The remove tool allows you to easily uninstall any program you have installed with Softaculous.

    icon_edit_detailsEdit Details
    Allows you to edit application installation details.  For example, you can change the folder used for installation or database user and password details.

    icon_upgradeUpgrade
    Identifies when you have an upgrade available for programs that have been installed by Softaculous.

    icon_admin_loginLogin
    Shortcut link to get to the login for the application's administrative login page.
