Sendmail is a general purpose MTA (Mail Transport Agent) used for sending emails from and to servers. Most users will not need to interact with it directly as it runs in the background on Web Hosting Hub servers.

What if I need the path to Sendmail?

If you are using a program that specifically needs the path to Sendmail, this is the path:

/usr/sbin/sendmail
