The Horde webmail client offers an option to compose emails in HTML mode. Customers who use Internet Explorer to access their email in Horde may not see the "Switch to HTML composition" link when composing email.

Fortunately, there is a quick and easy fix for this issue. In Internet Explorer, select Tools in the Menu bar (hit the Alt key if you do not see your Menu bar) and then select Compatibility View.

Switching to Compatibility View will automatically log you out of Horde. Simply log back into Horde and begin composing a new message.
