All accounts hosted with Web Hosting Hub have the ability to send out mailing lists. However, for us to whitelist domains and help prevent spam, we recommend customers sending more than 250 emails per hour submit an email limit exception via Account Management Panel (AMP).

This may not be necessary if your mailing list software includes rate-limiting (e.g. phplist).

How do I request a email limit exception?

Once you have logged into AMP, you will see your subscriptions grouped in sections. Under your hosting subscription group you will see an icon named Request Email Limit Exception. To send a bulk email request:

  1. Click on Request Email Limit Exception icon
  2. The next screen will ask for information related to your request.  Please fill in all the information as thoroughly as possible.  Once you are done, click Submit.

A support technician will analyze your request and send you an email once a decision is made.

Can we increase our email quota to 1000 emails per hour. I am assuming that our account is currently set to the default of 250.

Hello James,

While it may be possible to request 1000 emails per hour, all exceptions are first reviewed by our Systems team to see if they qualify.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
