Backup from cPanel:

Please follow our guide onBacking Up Your Website in the cPanel. For WordPress, you will want to make sure that you not only back up the files in your directory, but also your MySQL Database. Download your backup to your computer or to a local disk drive once cPanel has created the backup for you, the file will automatically have the date that the backup was taken to make organization easier.
