A common task for keeping your legitimate email senders from being blocked is to whitelist their email addresses or domains. This helps you to allow or deny specific domains or email addresses. We will go over how to whitelist senders in the Spam Experts Dashboard.

Whitelisting Senders in SpamExperts

Whitelisted senders are not be checked for spam and automatically allowed through to any recipient on the account.
  1. Log into SpamExperts.
  2. Click on Sender Whitelist iconClick on the Sender whitelist icon.
  3. Click on Add a Whitelist Sender link Locate the Add a Whitelist Sender link. You can also whitelist multiple senders with a CSV file. This tutorial concentrates on a single sender.
  4. Fill in form to add email to whitelist Click on the Add button. You will see a small window popup labeled "Add whitelist sender." Fill out the address with the email address you want to whitelist.
