Changing/Adding a Credit Card
You can change or add your account credit card in your Account Management Panel (or AMP). For help logging into AMP, please read our article on accessing your Account Management Panel.
How do I change or add a new credit card?
Once you have logged into AMP, to change your credit card or add a new card:
- Under "Account & Billing," click on Details
- Next, under "Billing Options" select Update Billing and Contact Info
- Scroll down the page and under "Credit Card Information" click on Edit or Add New
- Whether editing a card or adding a new card, input your information and click Submit
Changes made to your billing are updated instantly. You can modify or add a new credit card at any time.

If you want to manually renew your plan, log into AMP, then click on Billing, then on the Renew Now button next to the item that you want to renew.

Hi, I am wondering if I can pay using paypal. I live in new zealand but get paid into my paypal in usd, I would rather use that money rather than pay on my credit card and have currency conversion fees etc.,

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, you can use Paypal for payments over $50. To make a PayPal payment, please contact our Billing department so they can send you a payment request. Thank you, John-Paul |

Typically, the payment methods are limited to major credit cards or paypal. You will need to contact our Billing department in order to confirm if they can use your debit card as an accepted form of payment. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kindest regards, Arnel C. |
