You can set a billing reminder for an account renewal through your Account Management Panel (or AMP).  Follow the steps below to learn how you can set it up.

How do I set a billing reminder for my account?

It's easy to set a billing reminder. The Billing section shows your Subscriptions, Managing your Payment Method, Viewing yor Payment History, and Setting a Renewal Reminder. The steps below guide you in setting a Renewal Reminder.

  1. Log in to the Account Management Panel (AMP).
  2. Click or hover over Billing.
  3. In the drop-down, click on Set Renewal Reminder.
  4. You will be on a page labeled Renewal Reminder. Click on the drop-down and then select either 7, 14, 30, or 60 days to be reminded about your subscription renewal.
  5. Save.

Once you have submitted the request, you will receive an email reminder that will alert you to the need for a subscription renewal.
