A member of our team will respond as quickly as possible. You may be wondering what you need to do if only some of your sites or subscriptions qualify for a tax exempt status. Perhaps you are in charge of multiple businesses or organizations that have different tax exemptions. To properly provide a tax exemption tailored to your needs, you may need to split off certain subscriptions onto separate accounts.
The tax exemption status is applied at the account level — all subscriptions on an account will be flagged as either exempt or non-exempt. As each Web Hosting Hub account is tied to one particular tax exemption status, you may need to create separate accounts for each tax exempt organization or business. If you are in charge of multiple subscriptions, some of which qualify for a tax exemption and some of which do not, or you have multiple tax exemptions, please either purchase a separate account if adding a new subscription, or request that we move any existing subscriptions to a separate account.
If you are an existing customer and need to create a new account specifically for a tax exempt business or organization, please reach out to our Sales Team for assistance.
If you have an active tax exemption that needs to be changed or is no longer valid and needs to be removed, please email our team at This email address is being protected from spambots.
