In the previous guide in our creating pages in Concrete5 series we covered Adding content to a page in Concrete5. In this tutorial we will show you how to adjust your Rich text editor settings. This allows you to add / remove some text editing functionality from the top toolbar, which assists you when editing text in a page's content.

  1. Login to your Concrete5 Dashboard.
  2. Roll your mouse over the Dashboard button and select System & Settings.

  3. Under Basics, select the Rich Text Editor Option
  4. Select the Toolbar Set you would like to use, it will display how the toolbar will look.  When you select the Custom option, Concrete5 will provide a link to a reference guide for more information. In my tests, I am changing from Simple to Office.
  5. Set the width and height of your Editor's Dimensions, in pixels.
  6. Click the blue Save button on the bottom right.
