Hello Tina,
Thank you for your question. When I navigate to your website, I am seeing our default landing page. This means your site is resolving to our servers, but there is no site available in the public_html folder. Here is a link to our guide on how to "Remove the default Landing or Placeholder Page." If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul |

Oh that was when I removed WP installation. Now that I reinstalled it, same error message shows. When I installed WP to a subdomain and in another folder, no error is encountered. What is wrong? |

Hello Tina,
Thank you for contacting us. I was able to get your site to work by renaming your php.ini file to "php.ini.old". The php.ini file is used for changing the PHP settings in your account. Then I copied the sever's default php.ini file to your public_html folder, and the site started working. Most likely there was a limitation or setting in the php.ini causing the 500 error. At this time your site should be working, and tested good for me. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul |
