UPDATE

At this time, the connectivity issue to our East Coast Data Center has been resolved and everything is back to normal. We believe the cause was hardware failure that one of our bandwidth providers has addressed. If you are having any connectivity issues to a server housed in the East Coast Data Center, please let us know.

*********************************

Shortly after 9:00AM EST, our Systems Administration Team identified a network connection issue that affected customers in our East Coast Data Center. Our Systems Team worked with our bandwidth provider to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Connectivity to the data center may be intermittent, but please be assured that our Systems Team will continue to work with the bandwidth provider to resolve any network issues that arise. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we greatly appreciate your patience.

I think you will be loosing a lot of business due to this leaving everyone in the dark.

Hello fandscamping,

The issue with late yesterday afternoon (EDT)was with the West Coast datacenter. It is confirmed that one of our upline provider did some unscheduled maintenance, which unfortunately affected our company. For the vast majority of the time, we were not able to connect to even make updates to advised our customers.

We are working as a company to ensure the issue does not recur.

We sincerely apologize and thank you wholeheartedly for your patience.

Best Regards,
Scott M
