At 5:11pm EST April 24, 2012 our Systems Administration Team identified a connectivity issue outside of our network which hindered many of our customers' ability to reach their sites in the East Coast Data Center. Our System Administrators worked with our data center to identify the cause of the issue and worked with the appropriate provider(s) to resolve the connectivity issue as quickly as possible.
As of 5:55PM EST connectivity issues were resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused and we appreciate your patience.
