There has been a recent announcement from Mozilla that they have released critical security updates for their FireFox, ThunderBird, and SeaMonkey line of products.
We at Web Hosting Hub recommend if any of our customers are running any older versions of these programs to update as soon as possible to ensure your software is secure. These security updates have nothing to do with Web Hosting Hub, but as a lot of our customers utilize Mozilla products we do want to make them aware of these updates.
If you are Not running these specific versions of this software, then your computer is vulnerable:
Firefox 20
Firefox ESR 17.0.5
Firefox ESR 10.0.12
Thunderbird 17.0.5
Thunderbird ESR 17.0.5
Thunderbird ESR 10.0.12
SeaMonkey 2.17
You can perform the updates for Firefox and Thunderbird by going to: Help->About Firefox, or Help->About Thunderbird
For Seamonkey, go to Help->Check for Updates
Here is a link to Mozilla's Official Vulnerabilities page, where they provide more specific information regarding the security risks these updates address.
