There is currently scheduled maintenance being performed in our East Coast Data Center. Hardware updates have been completed and we are currently optimizing the new hardware to meet our high-speed network needs. We expect this maintenance to be completed shortly, however East Coast customers may experience latency of services during this time.
The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade existing network equipment to provide additional capacity for future services, better network management, and improved reliability for our switching infrastructure.
Also, a detailed email notification was previously sent to the primary email address of all of our customers.
