Joomla! has released 3.6.4 update to address security issues in Account Creation and Elevated Privileges (Joomla 3.4.4 - 3.63). The patch also includes a bug fix that applies to two-factor authentication (#12497). Note that the core files are the same as the Joomla! 3.6.3 release in addition to the fixes for the two vulnerabilities and the bug fix.
