Issue:	WordPress has released an update (4.4.2). This is a Security and maintenance update. The majority of people with the current version of WordPress will see the version automatically upgrade. You can also download the update of the WordPress site immediately.
Status:	WordPress 4.42 is released and available
Who's affected?	This update is for anyone running WordPress 4.4.1 or lower.

We recommend all customers update to the 4.42 version immediately. This is release updates all previous versions of WordPress and addresses security and previously noted bugs.

The official WordPress.org post indicated that this was a security and maintenance release. There were two security issues addressed and 17 bugs from version 4.4 and 4.4.1. Please see list of changes for a comprehensive view of what was changed.
